Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: The breeze off the lake or an early morning visit can be quite chilly, even if it is smack dab in the middle of summer. I highly recommend that you have a warm jacket or windbreaker and pants handy so you can do a quick change if you feel chilly

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Bring toilet paper -- the public toilets at Lake Louise are very heavily used and if you pack some toilet paper or tissues you don't have to ask someone to "spare a square" if you're stuck with an empty dispenser.
