Taman Negara Kinabalu What to Pack: 34 reviews and 30 photos

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Boots or sport shoes with good grips are necessary for the climbing.. But what surprice you is the guide will wear very simple rubber shoes. The can walk without using rope for the steepest lanscape.. as they have some special 'kung fu' to do that..

Remember not to wear any shoes that you think this might be their 'last trip', because most probably the shoes wont last until your trip ends.

Most probably the shoes will "open their mouth" in the middle of your journey and you need to use rubber band or whatever to tie the shoes. In this case, if raining, your foor will surely get wet and it is truly not fun to get a wet foot under such cold weather.
