There are so many beautiful old things to look at in the Barossa, the chateaus are just amazing. Coming from an area of Australia that doesn't have much in the way of old stuff, it is a treat to see it. I am sure they pale into insignificance when you have seen the French ones. Still the wine is super! They hace a nice little pond where the ducky will follow you, you can have tours of the winery or you can just sample the super wines. The Jules Champas is a goody!
