Not so much food, but a great way to while a way an hour or so before your train leaves, or before your room at the hotel is ready, especially when it is snowing a blizzard like the day I was there. This is one of the best Internet cafes I have been too. The service is friendly, the Internet access cheap (2 euros per hour) and there are plenty of computers to sit at. The place is well air-conditioned too, meaning the ubiquitous German smokers don't stink your clothes up too much. It's also conveniently close to the station, and appears to be open 24-7. The only problem with it that I had was that the toilets were pretty dirty.
