Little India
This quarter able you to imagine for a moment you are in India. The quarter revolves around Serangoon Road. There you can shop for jewelry, saris and scarves, spices, saffron, chilies, music, crafts. Bargain ‘til you drop! There are also a lot of respectable restaurants with great menu from different region of India. <BR>
If you are lucky, you can catch a game of cricket in one of the park. Find and examine the Sri Veeramakayama Temple on Serangoon Road near the South edge of Little India; it is covered with figurines of probably every Hindus god and scenes of Hindus mythology... simply beautiful.
