Indopacific marine, established in 1971 as a private research project is a privately funded marine environmental and educational resource centre featuring an indoor completely self sustainable reef. One of only 4 like it in the world, Indo Pacific Marine is at the international forefront in the development of closed, self sustaining marine ecosystems and has won many international and national awards for excellence in tourism, education and ecotourism. Upon arrival visitors are introduced to the exhibition with a brief film which focuses on the extraordinary life of a coral reef. A guided tour is then conducted throughout this spectacular living marine exhibition centre.

You can also combine this with dinner in the adjoining restaurant. Our meal consisted of Fish cooked in Banana Leaves, rice and various salads.

Entry for the display is $18 per Adult, $8 per child, or there are deals for families and larger groups
