  Athenian Treasury & Sacred Way
by grkboiler

The Athenian Treasury is the best-preserved building in Delphi. It was built at the end of the 6th century BC in the Doric style, and held the offerings of Athenians to Apollo. It was restored between 1903 and 1906. You can see it in the picture at the end of the walkway.

The walkway was called the Sacred Way. It was the path that led up to the Temple of Apollo and was lined with statues and treasuries.
