hmmm we got food but where is the tea?
by CdnJane

Nothing tastes nicer than sandwiches, pickles, tea or coffee, and cookies & squares served in church basement, or at a community centre after doing some shopping at their bazaar. The best part is when you get together there because you have a family connection, and you see people you haven't seen in a while - perhaps the last tea served there. Fun too, is having a planned meeting there of your family, like my family does - we try to get as many of us to meet at the old family church for that one Sat lunchtime.

Favorite Dish: Everyone has their favourite - my cousin loves egg sandwiches - I love the tuna salad sandwich. Oh and those cookies & squares - the square with the marshmellows and coconut and chocolate and butterscotch ... mmmmm and only one or two and no worries about a whole tray coming home with you.

Address: Find a chuch/community centre with a bazaar & tea
Price Comparison: least expensive
Price: less than US$10
