If you're going to be in the Philly area for a while, or if you just happen to somehow mistakenly get on the PATCO HI-Speedline and end up in Haddonfield Station, then this is where you need to go.
This is the bar to which all other bars and pubs are compared to for me. This place is my favorite. I just enjoy going here with friends, sitting down comfortably, and drink some good beer and eat some good food. The place is classically styled with tile floors and big wooden bars, and separated booths. The back room has large windows that open out in the warm summer months. It's also got more seating and a better place to stand or lean-to areas than in the front room. The place consistently has hot bar girls and waitresses. On tap, they have a good selection. Bass, Lager, Guinness, Blue Moon, maybe Carlsberg, Flying Fish, Hoegarden, along with other typical domestics. The food is good. I suggest the spinach dip and the buffalo nuggets along with the pulled pork sandwich. Those buff nuggets are might fine though. There are TV's mounted up above everywhere in just about every direction, so no matter where you are you're able to see the Eagles when they're playing. It's the epitome of being home.
Dress Code: Don't come as a slob. The crowd mixes from the j"ust-turned 21 - let's go check out the hot chick behind the bar" crowd to college students home for the weekend to the working professional catching a happy hour special. Jeans and sneakers are okay, just don't come in straight from the auto garage with grease all over ya...
Directions: Haddon Ave. in Haddonfield (although to people from Twp., it's debatable)
Theme: Eating and Drinking
