Probably the best value restaurant in the heart of Bath. Anatolian decor and simple dishes of pilaf, salad and roast meats - nicely prepared and presented - make this a food destination for locals and tourists alike. Sundays find the restaurant busy all day, so there may be a brief wait for a table. The ample lunch menu begins at L 6.95; dinners are also very reasonable.

MARMARIS is located just steps away from Pulteney Bridge, virtually next door to the VIctoria Art Museum.
