Herwig, fantastic little page with outstanding photos of this Slovenian coastal gem. As far as I remeber I once visited Piran with my parents when it still belonged to Yugoslavia. Keep up the good work.

Hiya Herwig....and thank you! Yes, Slovenia is a really lovely country, especially the area around Ormuz, Jeruzalem, Sredisce ob Dravi. Croatian beer was good, though I do like dark beer the best. Take care of yourself. :-) J

Lovely photos here thanks and I regret when we were here we didnt get to the port or those cute little streets - but yes the walls and the Unesco church - the disadvantage of travelling with a group....!
