We stayed at a nomad camp (beduine). Actually, the one we resided was pretty large (Captain's desert camp). Each night, hunderds (no kidding) of tourists came alon at least for dinner. The showers and rest rooms are "spartanic" but clean. The towels (in the tent) are dried every morning for the next guest. Same for the beds... :-( I am not kidding! The boss is most interested in all you money. Whatch out when you negotiate. We have not been so lucky. The best of it was that is is a perfect spot to enter the Wadi Rum area and that the driver, which was called from the camp's boss, was really nice and showed us a lot in the Wadi. |
