Puerto Gallera - Puerto Galera

This buzzing little island shore came to life by virtue of its almost-white sandy beaches. If Boracay is too far for you, this is the second best thing to go to. It has its own attraction I suppose but one can only find himself limited in this island. For those who are more self-indulgent especially on va-ca, lie lazily in the sand, have a massage or your hair braided by the locals is just a few of the things you can do.

For those who are more adventurous, try snorkelling, banana boat and all other sort of water sports to your liking. Just choose carefully okay. We did the banana boat thing but we were just dragged around the water in a very high speed while others were flying of that banana-looking contraption and having more fun than us.

I'm not a beach or water person, I am more of a sights person. But one good thing in being in the beach like Puerto Galera, you got both. Walking in the sand while the sun is setting is simply one of the best experiences I had in this island.
