Horseback riding along the Zambezi River just before it thunders down Victoria Falls was one of the highlights of the entire trip. Shortly afterwards we spotted a huge male elephant only yards away as he was munching on some morning vegetation. We steered clear but little else compared to being on a horse and stumbling on a wild elephant in the jungles of Africa!!!
