Its not the moon... i can assure you. Don't get suprized if you are flying into the Kona Airport. I know it can start to remind you of the pictures you've seen of the moon, but its not. Kona, Hilo, most of the east part of the island, are green. Hawaii aka Big Island is known for history, culture and exploration, but it is probably most know for its flowing lava, thats why it looks like the moon. The Big Island is the newest island and is in fact still be made. |

What...Africa in Hawaii These tree are seen a lot on this island and are very pretty. They remind me of the Lion King! |
