Palm Springs Off The Beaten Path Tips by bruingirl

This is a HUGE 2-day music festival that takes place on the polo fields in Indio, a 30 minute drive from Palm Springs. It usually happens during the last weekend in April so look for it then. Local music stations like 106.7 KROQ will promote from about a month before so you can get information about it then. It draws thousands of people from all over the place who like to listen to great music and chill. The weather is great, the music is amazing, and the people are chill....what more could you ask for??? You'll see bands and DJs like Beastie Boys, Weezer, White Stripes, Underworld, Chemical Brothers, Moby, Jack Johnson, Jane's Addiction, Coldplay, etc, etc....the list goes on and on!
