As a sprawling urban metropolis, Kowloon which is part of Hongkong is understandably always busy, day or night!
Hence, you will find heaps of places to go to- for fun and entertainment, shopping till you drop, eating places, etc
There are pockets of nature even at the centre of this great peninsula so please bear with me as I search in my photo collection as I lost my camera here so I just need to scan some of them!
Meantime, here's a photo of Kowloon with its tall buildings thanks to google. I shall post my own photos once I've finished scanning some pictures!
- Pros:lots of shopping and eating places
- Cons:very congested, bad taxi cabs
- In a nutshell:Kowloon is a busy metropolis for shopaholics and lovers of Chinese food!

Yikes, bird ticks!!! Oh well, it happens - but still it's great you've brought the kids to Kowloon - it was my first solo international trip when I was 17 (HongKong),
I have not been to HK for ages (20 years ago). I did not know there is such a nice quiet green quarter in HK. Have a nice day.
