We stopped at Imlil for lunch on our travels by 4 x 4 through the Berber villages of the Atlas Mountains.
The town was full of hikers when we stopped here so I presume there is some good mountain walking in the area.

Hi Alison - glad to see you went to Imlil as what a lovely area to get to! the presume there is some good mountain walking in the area ha ha is an understatement! It is THE probably most important centre for mountain walking in Morocco being the departure point to Moroccos highest mountain Jebel Toubkal. Very beautiful between March and June.
