"Insel Mainau" Mainau by lifeisatrip

Mainau is an island on the Bodensee connected to Konstanz by a bridge, and accessible from Konstanz city center by bus. It is a beautiful park where people can come and relax or walk around and enjoy the gardens and the beautiful scenery. One can easily spend a whole day on the island. I liked it better than Keukenhof, although of course they each have their own beauty. Both can get very crowded.

• Pros:A place to relax and enjoy nature.
• Cons:None that I can think of.
• In a nutshell:It's a place where one can reconnect with nature- water, trees, birds, animals, etc.
