with me and my Indonesian gal pals at the scene lah!
having been to Baguio and Sagada, Philippines, this place is just right ^_^ for our connotation of a highland.

Pros and Cons

Pros:chillaxing at highland, the capital of orange, ubeh, and flora variety
Cons:narrow road, crazy drivers, bumper to bumper traffic, bystanders, 1:30 ratio of english speaker,etc.
In a nutshell:do not miss the.. pangsit food stalls on the street..^_^
