Our Cute Cottage

We rented a one bedroom cottage, small but perfectly formed, in the heart of the town. We ate breakfast watching the waves break over the distant shoreline. At night from our bedroom window the illuminated ,ruined castle felt protective rather than foreboding.

The Teashop Next Door

There is a wee garden behind the teashop or you can sit out front and watch the comings and goings of the town square.

The view from the castle

From this vantage point, if the conditions are right ,you can often see dolphins close to the shoreline.
