ISENFLUH

Isenfluh is a little Mountain Village on the way to Lauterbrunnen. We decided to head up here for our morning tea.

The road was narrow and windy like most of the roads are, at least it was very quiet and we didn't meet another Car. For a small part, we passed through a Tunnel, then we were out in the beautiful scenery again!
The Village was very quiet, just several people enjoying a Beer at the Pub, but boy! What a view of the snow capped Mountain's from here. We did see a Gondola operating from here, and quite a few wild-flower's. There was accommodation in this hidden, off the beaten track village.

Well, we didn't have a Beer, but a thermos of hot Coffee and some Cake we had bought from the Bakery, so here we sat, admiring the view, enjoying our food, and wishing it would last forever.

Well, it couldn't, so back in the Car it was to make our way into the Lauterbrunnen Valley.
