What a beautiful village - your photos are fantastic :)
Another great place! Must be nice, such a boat trip, passing rocks and castles!
That little cruise looks lovely - what beautiful reflections you captured! The chateau looks great too, and I can see why these villages are considered among the most beautiful in the country :-)
What a great idea to take a boat trip along the Dordogne! We used to love camping by that river, and still have some photos on our walls of our children playing by the riverbank (over thirty years ago.) We didn’t see the Chateau de Beynac, though. Looks fantastic from your photos.
That bright red canoe really sets things off beautifully. Gorgeous photos. The river was very low this past September because of a drought. We hardly recognized it. The gabares were still running though.
Oh Dee...how gorgeous! This is one of the places on my 'must see' list. Sadly we couldn't do the south of France this time...but there's always next :o) Your opening photo is stunning!! xx
Don't you just love the green covered castle building? Probably all the hills would beat me. Lovely place.
Oh wow, even more beautiful! My god, the reflection photos are great! Dordogne is a river high on my list and I just love the villages and landscapes :-)
