Batemans Bay Travel Guide: 45 reviews and 136 photos

Batemans Bay, located 4 hours south of Sydney, is very popular at holiday times.

It can become very crowded at this time of the year.

No wonder its popular, with Beaches, River Clyde and estuary, fishing,
wildlife, Craggy headlands, National Parks, Arts & Crafts and historic Towns nearby...............so you can see why this is a popular family holiday destination.

Cruises operate on the Clyde River, the cleanest of all the major rivers on Australia?s east coast.......................

Nearby Montague Island?s clear waters teem with fish that are hunted by the island?s seal population, tours operate to this island.

The Mogo Zoo is close by, and a Bird Park is located in Town.

There are Clubs for meals and a good shopping centre in which to buy all those holiday needs.

We are moving onto MURRAMARANG NATIONAL PARK where we will stay the night.
