A very good and intersting destination for travellers to China. Xi'an is not as developed and Westernised as the coastal cities and offers an insight into the life deep inside China. It is of course a bustling regional centre but is still more tranquill than Beijing and similar-sized cities. The past splendour of the city is not that conspicuos now. Once the capital of China now one of the numerous Chinese cities but with some special things to offer. One is the city wall which is the best preserved in all China and the other is the Museum of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses about 30 km E of the city. This page has been voted into the Top5 of all Xi'an pages on VT.com based on Your ratings.
|
