Jazz Cafe: Jazz Cafe Jazz Cafe Review

Jazz Cafe is a live-music pub located in the district of San Pedro, San José. The decoration is very artistic, with pics all around and candles in the table. The show is variated, depending on the day, and it starts around 11 pm at night. The menu is also very good, and prices are around average. The day I went there was a group with a lady making covers on pop singers (Sting, Alicia Keys, Alanis Morissette, Sade, etc), but other days there are folk musicians, classicals and rock.
The entrance fee was around 1500 colones, and a taxi takes you to San Pedro from either Santa Ana or downton for 2500 colones or even less.

Dress Code: Don't know really, we had no problem but no one in my group went in sneakers, though.
