    Getting TO/AROUND: The orange CAT is, like the red, blue and yellow CAT in Perth, a free bus running on a circle route through the city centre.
    Quite useful to get from A to B if you're tired of walking, and also useful for a free tour of the city (without explanations, though).

    Getting TO/AROUND: The Fremantle Line connects the train station in the centre of Perth with Fremantle. Trains depart every 15 minutes on Platform 7. The ride takes about 30 minutes and is the fastest connection on public transport.
    One-way fare: $ 3.40 (April 2008)

    Getting TO/AROUND: If you want to be taken on a guided tour of the city with explanations, there is the tram (which has been turned into a motor vehicle, there are no tram rails in Freo any more). Tours can be booked on the website, which has all the details.
