We,me ,my wife ,my mother,and my youger sister, visited Echizen coast.
In winter, we have good quality of crabs of which name is Echizengani.
We selected big ones. There are many ways to cook crabs. Today we had raw crabs , grilled, boiled ones. Very delicious! |
