I was very happy with the service at this hotel. We arrived wee before the 15:00 check in time and asked to leave our luggage. Not only were we offer a room at the time but we were also offered an hotel owned apartment a few buildings down at the same price. BE WARNED its drafty and poorly insulated. They do however have two bedrooms a kitchen maid service and all the other hotel amenities. Located a few doors down from the main hotel. 4 story with NO lift...You do get your own apartment though which in Amsterdam can be a plus!
