My friend was in Chicago for a week of training; I had never been to Chicago, so it was the perfect opportunity! I flew in after work on Wednesday, and we had the most fabulous weekend!
Chicago lived up to its nickname "The Windy City" - it was cold and rainy too. But it had moments of beautiful weather, and we were still able to walk around and have a great time.
I'm looking forward to a return trip, in warmer weather, to take a boat tour and maybe a baseball game!

Really enjoyed your tips about Chicago. Architectual tour by bus sounds excellent. Super restaurant tips with variety and honesty. Return to our lovely city in the summer and it will amaze you.
