We stayed 3 nights in this charmingly old fashioned hotel (apparently built some 50 years ago for the most beautiful Flamengo dancer of Spain). The hotel has a lot of atmosphere, nice sized rooms and a beautiful patio and swimming pool. It is in the "old town" of Torremolinos, 50m from the shore, very convenient.
Nevertheless I wouldn't recommend the hotel for the perfectionist: all doors are difficult (that means only noisily) to close and the hotel seems to be very popular with young eastern Europe tourists. We were there in October, so it was quite calm. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast isn't too terrible (and there is a lovely bakery just around the corner)
I would recommend the hotel to anybody who doesn't like anonymous giant hotel complexes, who cares more for the atmosphere of a small hotel.
Unique Qualities: The location, the beautiful garden and swimming pool are just charming!
