Restaurant Name: Taste of Lebanon
Mmm... I spent a good 2 weeks in Kuching and this was one of my favorite places to eat. Taste of Lebanon is a lovely formal dining restaurant by the waterfront, but during lunch hours (11:30 - 4) they set up a few plastic tables downstairs and sell quick, cheap lunches.
My favorite was the pita burgers - chicken, beef, or lamb! You get a big portion of juicy meat in a pita with veggies and sauce and a side of french fries (4 ringgit and up?). The hummus and pita was also very good!
During dinner hours there's a full-range menu including falafels, donairs, steaks, etc. and shisha water pipes!
Favorite Dish: For lunch: chicken pita burger with fries (4 ringgit)
For dinner: falafel!
