This small country (and city) has made up for it's lack of size by builiding straight up into the sky. I don't know what I expected, but this was something else! It looked like it could be somewhere along the coast of China, with jampacked apartment buildings built on top of each other. Compared to the rest of the Riviera, this was downright bizarre!

Pros and Cons

Pros:If you only shop designer labels, you've found home
Cons:claustrophobic
In a nutshell:hold your breath and get out your wallet!
