A week in Nice was not long enough. Just when you get accustomed to the pace, and have a favorite haunt or two, it's time to leave.
I fell under the spell of "la nicoise", of days of blue skies, warm breezes, and colorful buildings.
- Pros:museums, walking the streets of Old Nice, the Mediterranean
- Cons:trying to decide if it was time for a beer or time for wine
- In a nutshell:vibrant, cultural city with the small-town feel

I remember visiting the Chateau when I was there in 1988 - nice to know some things are the same. And I TOTALLY agree with getting an apartment - I stayed at a residence hotel on the rue Pietonne...

I can't seem to find EZ FRANCE
I am planning a trip to Nice in 2005. Just saw your page and thought I would check it out. Its a little too soon to do a lot of planning yet.
Le Safari was great-thanks for the tip. In Nice at the moment-will try and find Church of St Rita-looks interesting. I like your photos of the Old Town.
