The first time I went to Hong Kong, it was only a stop-over and I did have two unpleasant experiences that made me not to go there again (at least not so soon). I was there in September 1991.
In April 2009, I, my sister Marifi and her 8-year old daughter Pia decided to shake it in Hong Kong! I expected grumpy airport staff and dirty streets. Ironically, I met only friendly people this time. And well, Hong Kong, has so much to offer to tourists! Its rich culture, impressive skycrapers, well-known cuisine, kind people - make you want to come back, again and again! The pic here shows us with mighty Mickey.
I hope I will soon manage to build some pages to share with you some tips. We've truly enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong although it rained a few times while we were there. |
