Few things in this world are as rich in food, art, history,and culture as the country of Italy. For people who know how to live it is a paradise. My particular attraction to Italy was a combination of all of these elements, and I came ready to savor everything. I concentrated my two week stay in Tuscany and Venice. By chosing only a few destinations I was able to really absorb everything instead of whipping through a number of places and only getting a quick impression. Through my few travel experiences, this is what I recommend: Take your time, don't try to cover too much in a short period of time, and take a few trips outside of big cities to really see how the people live. |
