In Sep 2003 I was in Alaska on our way to Russia, and instead of doing what every one else was doing that day, going out to the Elbow Room and getting drunk, I decided instead to take a walk, and man what a walk it turned out to be. I ended up walking about 1/3 to halfway around the island, It was amazing and very peacefull... If you need some time to be alone well this is it and at the time it was just what I needed. |
