    Getting TO/AROUND: Getting to Vienna by Air or Hydrofoil


    The S-Bahn /commuter-rail/ connect the airport to
    Wien Mittle and Wien Nord train stations.
    A single ticket costs oS38.
    Buses depart from the airport to the City Air Terminal.

    Public Transport:
    The U-Bahn system comprises four lines:the U2 follws the Ringstrasse from Karlsplatz to the U4.
    The east-west U3 and north-south U1 cross in the centre of the Innterestadt and the U6 is basically a tram on a dedicated track that runs parallel to the Gurtel.
    Vienna has one of the largest tram networks in the world, and the trams are affectionately referred to as Bims for the noise thet make.
    Bus fare costs oS15.
