    • In Russia, nothing is cheap, so you wouldn't be surprised to pay EUR 200-350 for a standard/Deluxe room in a 5 Star Hotel. I stayed in the Grand Hotel Europe just one night.

    If you are looking for decadent luxury you are sure to find it here (I luckily did not have to pay for it).

    The service and cleanliness of the rooms are full Five Stars.

    The location is perfect. The Hotel is located conveniently directly on the Newskij Prospekt where you can walk safely around even at nigth. Around the hotel you have a lot of restaurants to choose from and can take care of personal things like Banks etc.

    Unique Qualities: I was on business Trip for just one night, so I cannot write much about facilities and sight seeing high lights. The central location however makes it easy to start your excursions.

    The Breakfast Buffet was very good. The breakfast room/restaurant has a beautiful architecture and is worht seeing.
