Favorite Thing: I had mixed feelings about the elephant safari. On one hand I felt a bit sorry for the elephants but on the other hand it was an interesting experience. Apparently elephants were used extensively for labour but not that it's not the case anymore, elephants end up transporting tourists and being used for pleasure. I guess most of the elephants that are used now were bred in captivity.

I fully agree, Phangna is just great. we also stopped in the floating restaurant to eat delisious sea food. |
