I myself would choose a wine from Pajzos or a Megyer wineries, with a préference for the first. Chateau Pajzos Tokay Esszencia Vintage 1993 is one of the world's finest dessert wines. Sensational, ultrasweet Tokay, yet with a lovely citrus underpinning that keeps it from being heavy. Like melted honey, with lime and pineapple, this is one of those marvelous gems that makes you swoon in delight. A collector's item to drink in small portions, by itself, to celebrate life.

very useful site. I loved tokaj and I still keep one small bottle which I got as a present. mmmm.... would be interesting to visit vineyards there. vesna

It seems you are a wine lover... ;-) Is the $ 47.99 US currency? You should come over to NZ and taste our wines. But you will find nothing as sweet as the dessert Tokaj. Sissi

Add one of the famous vineyards of the world: Washington State and Napa Valley, California. They are now producing a lot of wine and sell them in the U.S!
