| ... do you really want .... |
Do you know, how to survive a summer holiday? The only way, you do not go anywhere! Do believe me, thousands of dangers are waiting for you! You may be ill because of the excitements of the organization already. Because you ponder on, who waters the flowers, who looks after the house, the dog and the grandma. And trust me, even your mother-in-law wants you to take her!! You write a list since weeks, in order to pack everything into the suitcases. And even after those, this is no surprise, just the swimsuit has been forgotten to the waterside summer holiday! Or just the passport, the driving licence, one of the possible most important documents, and you should run back from the border for it. And if you think, lying full in the sun on the waterfront that no trouble may occur, you make a big mistake ! In an incautious moment you may step into a mussel , or into a something poisonous animal, be swept away by a storm, be hit by a lightning, falling down into an abyss, or you may get even heatstroke. But if you are really lucky, instead of these you may get only a good little virus, a suitable poisoning food, continuous diarrhea........! I do not continue, ah, how terrible and life-threatening may be a summer holiday! . ...... do you really want to go on holiday?

| | Short guidelines how to write a review on my way First and foremost, do not write about five-star tourist attractions where many people were visiting already; others have certainly done these before you, possibly much better; Look for such places, from where you may see the known sightseeings some other way; Be cautious about the commonplaces, avoid them; people do not need to hear anymore: "it was so sweet, I could not help but smile..." Look for something, which is addible to your story, and for your friends probably interesting, add a little "color", the "feel" of the place; Check your informations rather two times, than never, the devil is in the details; Do not write full guide books, not even if the other members try to do thus, this is not the place of those; Break your rewiew with blank lines, so is much easier to read; Do not split up your tip into a million tips, so is more difficult to get your experiences by your fellows; Last but not least, tell the truth, at least the way you remember it.

| | 28 Places to See Before You Die The Smithsonian Magazine January 2008 came up with an exclusive list of 28 places in 7 categories, the Smithsonian reader might wish to visit before ...it's too late. I have been to 6 of the 28 places of Smithsonian's Life List: Feats of Engineering : – Pyramids of Giza near Cairo A Matter of Timing: – Iguazu Falls by the light of a full moon in Argentina and Brazil Triumphs of Vision: – The Louvre in Paris and – Uffizi Gallery in Florence Scale New Heights: – Grand Canyon in Arizona Here Today, Gone Tomorrow?: – Venice in Italy Unfortunately, in 2 categories, Portals into the Past and In the Presence of Gods, I do not have any experiences, but I never forget, that experience is the name we give to our mistakes.

| ......a sip in the mouth turning to taste |
| | The Respect of the Vine The art of the wine tasting is nothing else, than the consumption of the liquid which is worthy of the respect, to which we pay more attention before swallowing. The differentiation of the good and the bad wine after a little time is not heavier, than the recognition of difference between the orange juice squeezed freshly and the store juice diluted with the water. The fragrance, the flavour of the wine unfold in a suitable glass only. Let us forget the coloured glasses; to enjoy the colour is possible in a crystal clear glass only. The long stem of the glass has functional and delight significance. To take the glass is allowed only at its stem, or at its sole, since the fingerprint appearing on the wall spoils a lot on the aesthetic delight of the wine. Let us fill the wine always to the widest dot of the cup, and never full.

| | Do you want to taste an authentic local food? Do you know, how to find a not touristy, local tavern? No? In this case, if you really want to taste an authentic local food, you should try my way! There are several signs you should take into consideration and look for: The first one is the guests, if the customers are mainly locals then you are probably on the right trace. Also have a look at the tavern, if it does have no huge menus outside at the entrance in several languages displayed that here you can eat a lot of tasty dishes for only 1-2 euro, then you found the place you need. But you are really lucky, if they have even no menus, only shared tables with big bottles of wine and baskets of bread and suggestions from the waiter on what you should have. In this case what else remains for you? The step Number Two of course; Eat the way as the locals do. Ask the waiter to bring in whatever is good, or simply order whatever comes to mind.
