Restaurant Name: GammelBrydegaard
It's really a hotel but they offer non residents the chance to eat in their restaurant. The decor is minimalist and probably very Danish. The food certainly was Danish in style - very fresh, we think locally sourced and beautifully presented.
There was a choice of either Salmon or pork but fortunately we had warned them in advance of my son's vegetarianism and they produced a wonderful mixture of tasty things for him.
Unfortunately it wasn't cheap ( this is Denmark) and the 4 meals of 3 x2 course and 1 main course with only one small beer was nearly DKK1000 ( about £100) but it was our special meal of the holiday and no regrets.
Favorite Dish: The Salmon we had was very good ( see photo 2) but I think my son's vegetarian salad was probably even better - in the main photo.
