I am from Chicago, happily married to my best friend and favorite travel companion!

Our first trip to Europe was for our honeymoon in Italy.... We definitely have the travel bug and try to make sure we go somewhere new every year... One place within the US, and one outside of the US

Looking ahead to 2008-2009 we are going to try and make it to Spain, Sicily, and Australia

We just got back from the Big Island for my husbands business trip, but I am trying to find another spot closer by (in the US) that we can do a 3 day weekend trip.

My loves are my family, travel, and wine... and I look forward to getting lots of great ideas from everyone here!

A 10 day trip to Madrid, Ibiza and Paris -- yes, way too short to really get the full experience, but vacation time is in short supply, you know!

Any information on hotels in these places, european airlines, things to do, etc would be greatly appreciated!!!
