| | Thank you for stopping by my homepage! Surfing through VT, I came to the conclusion that tips with a personal touch are not too helpful unless you know a little bit about the person who wrote them. Beautiful, amazing, breath taking, marvelous etc are empty words if not used properly and relative if the story teller's tastes are world apart from yours. |
A little bit about me Having recently finished university, majoring in communication and public relations, I am very fond of studying the social aspects of the countries I travel to and the human inter-actions. This is why I try to follow the local news of my future destinations and read the locals' blogs. | | | Village Museum, Bucharest |

| | Been to and heading to Unlike most people I have met on Virtual Tourist, for me traveling comes second, closely following dancing. It's not that I wouldn't love being on a plane each weekend but ... Donald Trump decided to cut back the daily donations to my bank account. ;)
However, I try to visit a country or two each year. In the meantime, I'm filling the time with discovering my own city and country. It's amazing how many pearls we have around but we never take the time to give them a look.
Most of my traveling abroad involved European destinations but, as my fiance works in the Gulf countries, I have some strong insights on countries such as the UAE, Bahrain and Qatar though I've never been to any. |
Just dance!!! My biggest passion is dancing salsa. Dancing is my favorite mean of communication, as well as the most lively form of art. When you dance, you make a statement, create a story and, as we say "conquer" music. Though some people consider salsa has some sort of sexual quotations, salsa is a very technical dance and not easy to master, specially if you also start studying musicality. Take your chance and go at least once to a dance class. You might never step out of the studio again. Emile Zola wrote probably the most beautiful ode for this Goddess in Contes a Ninon - Le Carnet de Danse : La danse, cette nymphe pudiquement lascive, me charme plutôt qu'elle ne m'attire. | | | Dacing with a Top 3 salsa performers in Romania |
