Albuquerque is the largest city in the state of New Mexico and one of the most historic and picturesque cities in the USA. First founded by the Spaniards in 1706, and then part of Mexico, it became part of the United States following the Mexican War of 1845-1848. Today, the city retains much of its coloniel and historic flavor in its numerous old buildings, found within the historic quarter.

Nice tips on Albuquerque! I remember roaming around Old Town and also having a meal there. The city was smaller than I expected, but l liked its layout and atmosphere!
A great place to visit since the Sabertoothed Cat is not roaming wild in the streets anymore!
