Rome not only is the capital of Italy, but also one of the most important cities in the world. I just returned and the city has it all; ancient sites, great museums, historic monuments and more. I spent a grand total of 6 days, 4 at the start and 2 at the end of my trip. Rome is truly an eternal city, home to the greatest civilization of the ancient world. |
