Hawes Travel Guide: 26 reviews and 46 photos
Just found some pictures from my visit to Hawes in 1987. To get there we caught the Settle to Carlisle train & got off at Garsdale, a local bus then took us to Hawes.
The main reason for going to Hawes was to visit the nearby Hardraw Force, the highest single-drop waterfall in England. We also spent some time walking in Wensleydale.
