"Wonderful Lake Bunyonyi" Lake Bunyonyi by oorast

There is this place called Acadia, situated on top of a hill
which is right above the town of Kabale...from here the scenery is beautyful
to say the least.
A very wonderful view of the whole Lake Bunyonyi and its many islands,
together with the flush luxurious vegetation all around makes for a very
peaceful and relaxing getaway.
Green like we had never seen before...
From here it is also possible to see mt. Muhavura's snow peak just between the clouds.
Bunyonyi is the deepest or the second deepest lake in the continent, boarders
Rouanda and it's situated some two thousands meters above sea level, the whole
area is characterized by very pleasant climate.
There must be a certain dunnowhat in the air that just makes
you feel good...locals say the climate also provides a natural remedy for dry skin.
We stayed at some nice cottages our guide took us to, and it is also possible
and very common to camp aroud there in the area.
On the next day we continued to Kabale town, which has a mixture of different
etnies.
