During my travels I have noticed that it's the little details that matter more than the big picture.

I like to wander around the city centers looking for graffiti. I've added an album here just with graffiti found in Athens. Enjoy!

I'm always interested in the REAL experience, even if it is not an aesthetically pleasing one. Here's a view of Beirut. Not pretty, but this was my reality outside the window for many years (fortunately a long time ago!).

There's more to Greece than the Acropolis and the islands. There are also idyllic villages hidden in the mountains which are not mentioned in guidebooks or travelogues, places only the 'locals' know about.
This place is so remote I feel unsure about revealing its name and its location, because it is perfect the way it is. When magazines began to write about it, and travel agencies started organizing hiking tours, we began to worry! Unfortunately I don't know if it will survive the fires of August 2007.

There's always a sense of adventure when you first pass through the door of a club or bar for the first time.
